The inspirations for my art comes mainly from nature, my compassion and love for all living things, daily impressions as well as ideas I get from looking at images and cut-out collections I gathered to paste in my “Artist’s book”. I am an expressionist and minimalist and don’t believe in explaining why I did a particular painting or the meaning of it. I totally leave it to the eye or imagination of the beholder. Quite often I know the title of my next art before I even get to the canvas. However this is important that each painting speaks from my heart and soul for each piece which I am privileged to finish.
